Basic schools will now vacate on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, instead of Thursday, due to the Idl Fetir holiday. Students and teachers are scheduled to resume for the third term on April 30, 2024. Check the revised academic calendar below for more details.
Important Update: Change in Vacation Date for Basic Schools for the Second Term
Attention to all students, teachers, and parents: there has been a significant change in the vacation date for basic schools for the second term of the 2023/2024 academic year. Please take note of the following adjustments:
Revised Vacation Date
Instead of vacating on Thursday, April 11, 2024, as previously scheduled, basic schools will now conclude the second term on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. This change is due to the Idl Fetir holiday, which falls on Thursday.
Vacation Period
Students and teachers are advised to utilize the vacation period effectively for rest, relaxation, and any necessary academic preparations.
Resumption for Third Term
The third term of the academic year will commence on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. All students and teachers are expected to return to school promptly to resume academic activities.
