With his in-depth knowledge about Ghana’s Education Sector, Ferdinand was able to project the sector to appreciable heights.

Ellis Ferdinand Suffered political interpretations in his publications since 2014 when he started active education blogging.

His publication on the adverse effects of the three months pay policy introduced by the National Democratic Congress in 2013 through to his prediction of the Posting of Teacher Trainees being halted by the New Patriotic Party among others gave him a lot of pressures from the politicians and their followers.
