Sunyani SHS clinches first place in the Bono Regional Science and Maths Quiz 2024 finals, defeating St. James Seminary & SHS in a thrilling contest. Detailed round-by-round scores highlight the intense competition.

Sunyani SHS emerged as the Bono-Ahafo Zonal Champion for the first time, achieving a well-deserved victory in the 2024 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) finals. Their triumph was met with enthusiastic celebration.

End of Contest:

• Sunyani SHS: 38 points
• St. James Seminary & SHS: 31 points
• Kintampo SHS: 30 points
• Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Girls’ SHS: 18 points

• Sunyani SHS: 35 points
• St. James Seminary & SHS: 31 points
• Kintampo SHS: 23 points
• Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Girls’ SHS: 15 points

Sunyani SHS maintained a slight edge over St. James Seminary & SHS, leading into the final round. The competition was fierce, with both schools vying for the top spot.

• Sunyani SHS: 22 points
• Kintampo SHS: 10 points
• Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Girls’ SHS: 8 points
