Dr. Mensah’s research expertise extends to analyzing fluxes of matter and energy across various ecosystems using the eddy covariance method.
His current research focuses on understanding plant responses and acclimation to climatic stress conditions across diverse forest ecosystems, particularly in tropical African forests.
Notably, Dr. Mensah played a pivotal role in establishing an Eddy covariance station in a tropical Ghanaian moist semi-deciduous forest, enabling the monitoring of carbon and energy fluxes between the atmosphere and the forest.

In addition to his role at DACS, Dr. Caleb Mensah is affiliated with the Earth Observation Research and Innovation Centre.
