 Attention to all teaching and non-teaching staff of the Ghana Education Service (GES) awaiting promotion letters! Please submit the required documents promptly as outlined in this notice to expedite the process. Read on for details on document submission.

 

Notice: Pending Promotion/Upgrading Letters

Attention to All Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff:

If you have recently been promoted or upgraded but have not yet received your promotion letters, please take note of the following instructions:

Required Documents: You are kindly requested to prepare three copies of each of the following documents:

  1. Application letter for promotion/upgrading.
  2. Current pay slip reflecting your current position and salary.
  3. The certificate used for promotion/upgrading.

Submission Process

Please ensure that your submissions are addressed through the following channels:

District Level

Submit your documents to your respective District Office. Regional Level: Documents should be forwarded from the District to the Regional Office. Director General: Finally, all submissions should reach the Director General’s office.

For Those on Scale

If you have been placed on scale as part of your promotion, please ensure that this information is clearly indicated in your application letter and accompanying documents.

Deadline for Submission

Kindly expedite the submission process by ensuring that all required documents are submitted promptly.
