- Must have remained continuously at post since the promotion date, except for approved periods of leave of absence.
3. Assistant Director II:
- Must have been promoted to Principal Superintendent on or before 2019.
- Must have remained continuously at post since the promotion date, except for approved periods of leave of absence.
4. Principal Superintendent:
- Must have been promoted to Senior Superintendent I on or before 2019.
- Must have remained continuously at post since the promotion date, except for approved periods of leave of absence.
