Teachers at Amenfi Central District of the Western Region have been charged to pay GHC20 each to organize send-off parties for pensioners.

The District Directorate in a letter dated December 13, 2022, indicated, that the money was meant to organize a send-off party for pensioners including the former District Director.
Office members and management members were also charged GHC30 and GHC50 respectively.
