Innovative Teachers, a Pre-Tertiary  Teacher Union under the Ghana Education Service (GES)  has begun a coalition of the document to sue the GES for the continuous delay in the payment of their Salary Arrears.

The Teacher Union in a piece of information reaching EducationGhana, indicated, that their salary arrears were not forgotten arrears.

”That the salary arrears from 2012 to 2016 is strangely becoming an irrelevant matter. GES has been playing games with teachers over the years and enough is enough” The Union said.

The Union said it is rallying all teachers who are owed salary arrears to sue GES in a court of law to demand the payment of the salary arrears.

”It is only through the law Court that all teachers will be paid including interest on the salary arrears owed to each teacher.”
