The Nursing and Midwifery Council has begun issuing the new PIN/AIN cards to practitioners.
The new Card according to the council, currently has five-year validity and replaces the card with a three-year validity.
Additionally, the new cards feature enhanced security measures that will reduce the likelihood of them being compromised.
