 Mondays at the Ghana Education Service (GES) Headquarters have taken on a reputation for sudden changes, often marked by surprise transfer letters. This week, the tradition continued with the relocation of one of the service’s most recognizable voices—Cassandra Twum Ampofo, Head of Public Relations.

In a heartfelt message shared Monday, Cassandra confirmed her transfer to the Eastern Regional Education Directorate, ending a notable tenure at the national headquarters, where she led several high-impact communication initiatives.

“I Asked If It Was My Turn – Her Smile Said It All”

Recounting the moment she received the news, Cassandra wrote that the visit from the Director-General’s Secretary was a telltale sign. “When she smiled, I knew,” she shared, describing the moment with a blend of humor and professionalism.
