EducationGhana| April 13| Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) launched:
On Tuesday 12th April, on behalf of H. E. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the Minister for Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum launched the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) at Kumasi Technical University, Adako-Jachie.

He also inaugurated the Ghana-China project on the rehabilitation and upgrade of Technical Universities and Technical Institutes.
The project includes retooling, refurbishing and providing workshops for 24 selected Technical universities and institutes.
In His address he indicated, that he is excited that modern equipment provided in these institutes is not only equipped for teaching and learning but also well resourced for large scale production and manufacturing.
The government remains committed to actively promoting TVET to ensure we equip the youth with the skills and expertise needed in the industry.
