Teacher Unions in the Ghana Education Service (GES) have called for a review of the 2020 collective agreement.
The Unions made this request in a joint letter to the Director General of the GES on September 27, 2022.

Review of the 2020 Collective Agreement between the GES and the Teaching Staff within the GES

The Unions indicated, that in Pursuance to Section 4.1 of the 2020 Collective Agreement between the GES and the Teaching Staff within the GES,

which provides that the duration of this agreement shall be three (3) years and subsequent to Section 41.1 which enjoins the parties to review the Collective Agreement every three (3) years, we hereby wish to serve notice of our intention to seek review of the 2020 Collective Agreement.
