The National Teaching Council will release the 2025 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination II results on December 15, with important notices for candidates on certificates and incomplete pedagogy scores.
The National Teaching Council (NTC) has announced that results of the 2025 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination II (GTLE II) will be officially released on Monday, December 15, 2025.
In a public notice issued by the Public Affairs Unit of the Council, candidates who sat for the examination have been advised to take note of specific conditions regarding result access and certification.
According to the NTC, candidates who completed their teacher education programmes in 2025 will be able to view their results once released. However, such candidates will not be permitted to print their professional certificates until their respective institutions submit and finalise their official graduation lists with the Council.
The Council also clarified issues relating to teaching practice assessments. Candidates whose institutions have not uploaded their teaching practice scores will see the notation “IC” under the Pedagogy component of their results. The NTC explained that “IC” indicates that the pedagogy score is incomplete and will only be updated after the required scores are duly submitted by the training institutions.
The National Teaching Council urged all candidates to remain calm and patient, assuring them that outstanding issues relating to certification and incomplete scores will be resolved once institutional requirements are met.
The Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination remains a mandatory professional requirement for individuals seeking entry into the teaching profession in Ghana, as part of broader efforts to uphold standards and professionalism within the education sector.
