Blakk Cedi, music executive and former manager of Stonebwoy, graduates from GIMPA after 15 years and three attempts, celebrating perseverance and personal triumph.

 Blakk Cedi, a renowned Ghanaian music executive and former manager of dancehall artist Stonebwoy, has announced his graduation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) after a 15-year journey marked by persistence and resilience.

Taking to his official Facebook page, Blakk Cedi revealed that he had just submitted his final paper, marking the completion of his academic journey after three attempts spanning over a decade and a half.

“After 15 years and 3 attempts, I finally submitted my last paper yesterday – and I can’t even explain how proud I am of myself right now,” he wrote.

Sacrifices and Determination

Blakk Cedi reflected on the sacrifices he made to achieve this milestone, noting that he took two full years off from his other commitments to focus entirely on his studies.

“Taking two full years off from everything to focus on school wasn’t easy at all. I had to make sacrifices, stay disciplined, and push through moments when I wanted to give up,” he shared.

Despite challenges, his determination paid off.

“To my classmates who supported me and walked this journey with me, thank you. To my lecturers, thank you for your patience, guidance, and belief in me,” he added.

“This wasn’t just about getting a certificate. This was about proving to myself that I could finish what I started, no matter how long it took,” he said.
