Public basic schools across Ghana are officially vacating today, Thursday, April 17, 2025, marking the end of the second academic term.
This break aligns with the Easter holiday period, giving both students and teachers a well-deserved rest. The vacation period will span just over two weeks.
Schools are expected to reopen on Monday, May 5, 2025, for the commencement of the third term of the 2024/2025 academic year.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to ensure their children remain safe and engaged during the break.
