EducationGhana| February 16| GES finally calls for UTDBE Graduates’ data for Employment Respect:
Upon several petitions to the three teacher bodies- National Teaching Council NTC, Ghana Education Service GES and the Minister for Education, there seems to be some level of assurance to the long-awaited Trained and Registered Teachers under the UTDBE programme to get posted.
It may be recalled when the group by name Coalition of Unposted Trained and Registered Teachers (CUTART) from 2018 through to 2021 have been pushing for their recruitments into the Ghana Education Service to serve even if in the rural areas without Teachers,

the group President-Mr Afelete Avulah again repeated their humble request to the Registrar of the National Teaching Council and copied the Director-General of the GES and Minister for Education on the 7th of February, 2022 to address the issues stated in their petition.
Information reaching the media has it that the data of the group members and the petition have received some positive response from the headquarters for consideration.
This was a call to the group President to provide further details of the members for processing.
