Teacher Trainee with brain tumor needs GHC80000 for surgery within two weeks to Survive

A student of the Presbyterian Women’s College of Education, Sarah Boateng Amoako has been diagnosed with severe brain tumor, and urgently needs an amount of GHC80,000 to undergo surgery.

According to doctors, the 22-year old needs to undergo urgent surgery within the next two weeks, the absence of which could lead to losing her life.

She is therefore appealing to the public for financial assistance to enable her get urgent surgical treatment within two weeks.

Ms Amoako was diagnosed with the condition in April 2019.  In October 2018, she completely lost her vision in the left eye which was attributed to the condition.

Currently, her right eye vision is also declining.

Her condition causes severe headaches, as well as seizure of her menstrual cycle.

Ms Amoako’s surgery is expected to be done at the Apollo Hospital in India.
