Teacher License Issuance dates and centers in the Central Region Out

The National Teaching Council (NTC) shall commence the teacher licensing issuance in the Central region from June 1, 2021. The NTC has issued dates and centers for the collection of the licenses for each district.

What teachers must consider before they go to the Various centres for their licenses.

All teachers who have not yet received their licence number should go back to the portal and do the following.

  1. Ensure that all their details have been entered correctly and accurately on the portal.

  2. Ensure that they click “save” after they have entered their details before clicking on “Next”.

  3. Ensure they have uploaded all required documents appropriately ie first appointment letter, First professional certificate, Gazette if the name on the certificate differs from what you keyed on the portal and any other relevant documentation required to be uploaded.

  1. Ensure that name and other personal details are spelt correctly and accurately.

Please inform every teacher within your Region to comply with the above to ensure a smooth exercise devoid of significant challenges.

All professional teachers who are yet to register on the portal to do so before next Monday whiles ensuring compliance with the above.

Note that this exercise is only for PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS.
