GIJ: SRC budgets over GHC65,000 for freshers’ Akwaaba celebrations

The Management of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) entreats all students currently participating in the online examination for the Second Semester of 2019/2020 academic year to report any challenges encountered during uploading/submission of a completed examination paper within a 3 hour period after each paper.

It said that students should immediately send the completed examination paper as an attachment to an email to the Course Lecturer communicating the difficulty

“The email should have a subject Course Code. Course Title, Index Number of the student sending the email and the word EXAMS at the end (for example, CSPR 307, Media Relations in Public Relations – BACS00000 EXAMS”. it added.

Additionally, the attachment should be saved as – Ccgrse Code and Index Number with the word EXAMS at the end – (for example CSPR 307 BACS00000 EXAMS); and copy may-2020exams(@gij.edu.gh in the correspondence.

The Management furthered that Academic Board has granted an extra three (3) hour period after each paper within which such difficulties should be resolved in consultation with the Course Lecturer.
