The Ghana Education Trust Fund has officially opened applications for the Postgraduate Local Scholarship for the 2025/26 academic year.The scholarship supports Master’s and PhD programmes pursued in accredited public tertiary institutions in Ghana. Applications opened on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, and close on Friday, 20 February 2026.Only applications submitted through the official GETFund portal will be processed.

On the portal homepage, select the option to create a new account. You will be required to provide a valid email address and set a secure password.
