Who This Guide Is For

This guide is for qualified nurses and midwives who have had their National Service PIN codes released by the National Service Authority (NSA) for the 2026/2027 service year.Only candidates who passed the March/April 2025 Minor Season Licensing Examinations and whose details were submitted by the Nursing and Midwifery Council are eligible.

On the homepage, locate the section for PIN Code Retrieval.You will be required to enter your Student Identification Number and Date of Birth exactly as captured during your training.Once validated, your PIN code and serial number will be displayed on the screen.

After retrieving your PIN code, proceed to make payment for enrolment.The required registration fee is GHS 41.00.Payment must be made via mobile money on any network using the instructions provided on the portal.After successful payment, keep the confirmation message for reference.
