The Ministry of Education (MoE) has introduced the EduTalk TV Show to give the public consistent updates on policies, reforms, and activities across Ghana’s education sector. The programme airs weekly on GTV, JoyNews, Joy Prime, and MoE TV.
A New Platform for Public Accountability
The Ministry of Education has announced a new weekly television programme titled EduTalk, designed to keep the public informed about ongoing activities, reforms, and decisions within the education sector.
The initiative responds to growing interest from teachers, parents, students, and other stakeholders who seek regular updates on government actions in education. Officials explained that the programme will serve as a space where questions are addressed, doubts are clarified, and policy intentions are openly discussed.
Enhancing Transparency in Education Governance
EduTalk is expected to improve public understanding of key interventions and ensure that stakeholders remain engaged with developments across the sector. By offering clear explanations and timely updates, the programme aims to strengthen public confidence in the ministry’s work. The ministry emphasized that the show will also promote accountability by providing viewers with insight into ongoing projects and planned initiatives.
