Ho District GNATLAS donates to Ho Prisons

Ho District GNATLAS in collaboration with Ho District GNAT as part of the upcoming World Teachers Day Celebration slated for Wednesday October 5, 2022 made a donation at the Ho Central Prisons yesterday.

The items; Disinfectants, Toiletries, Rice, Oil, Tomato and Bags of sachet water.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen gathered here.

It’s a privilege for the ladies soceity of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) in the Ho District to present these items to the female inmates of the Ho Central Prisons.

This forms part of the Association’s corporate social responsibility to augment the efforts of government in taking care of our sisters here and as part of this year’s world teachers day which comes off on Wednesday the 5th of October, 2020 we believe it’s the right time to visit you.

The Union said it is grateful for the opportunity to visit their sisters and want to thank  the officers for availing themselves to take care of these inmates.

“We know it’s not an easy job and so we pray for the blessings of the creator. He will give you all good health to continue the good work.” The Union said.



“We specially wants to acknowledge MTN Ghana for supporting us to be here today. We are very grateful to them.” They concluded.
