EducationGhana, April 23, GNAT: The Awutu-Effutu Senya District of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) is set to expect a very competitive contest for the position of chairmanship between one very vibrant and young leader, MARVIN  ASIEDU, and three other old and experienced candidates.

 

About Marvin

 

Marvin Asiedu, popularly and passionately known as Marvoo is a young energetic, uncompromising, dynamic, self-inspired person with a burning passion for fighting for the welfare and development of the voiceless.

 

Experience

Marvin was born a leader who has assumed many leadership positions in his working environment, school, and with the Christian community. Such of these positions include :

☆TTAG National PRO
☆TTAG Vice President
☆TTAG National Judiciary Committee Chairman
☆NUGS Editorial Board Chairman
☆Ayensuako Sports Chairman
☆Ascension of Christ Media and Publicity Team Chairman, just a few to mention.

Youngest Headmaster

Marvin Asiedu is the youngest Headteacher in the Awutu Senya District and was appointed a Headteacher in the year 2015 at age 25.

As though very young, due to his fast learning skills and experience attained from previous leadership positions, he has been able to transform the school to become one of the most eyed schools in the remote area.

His greatest achievement as Headteacher is transforming a KG – Primary school to now become a Basic school.

He started a 3-Classroom block with the help of friends and philanthropists and currently has gotten bigger support to complete the building.

Advocacy

You mention Marvoo you mention ADVOCACY and COMMUNICATION. His prowess in public speaking is unmatched. He accurately, logically and eloquently present his issues in a very factual manner.

Marvin Asiedu is also known for Innovations and always believe that the Status quo must be questioned for improvement.

Another great attribute of Marvin is his NETWORKING and INFLUENTIAL SKILLS He highly positions himself to people who can cause a change in his environment.

Marvin is a Team Player who believes no one man is the epitome of knowledge.

Awutu-Effutu Senya GNAT

The Awutu-Effutu Senya GNAT comprises three distinct districts namely the Awtutu Sentya East, whose capital is Kasoa, the Awutu Sewnya West, whose capital is Awutu Bereku and the Effutu Municipal whose capital is Winneba all in the Central Region.

 

Election

The election shall take place on May 6, 2021, at Winneba in the Central Region.
