The Ghana Library Authority as part of the Youth Engagement Centre (YEC) project, conducted a Career Development Seminar for the final year students of Tema Senior High School, Community 5.

The seminar which was facilitated by the Greater Accra Regional Director – Mr. Edward Addo-Yobo, attracted over 900 students who gained skills in areas such as;

Writing a cover letter and a professional CV, creating a professional LinkedIn Profile, Job Searching Techniques and how to prepare for a Job Interview.

GhLA in partnership with UNICEF Ghana seeks to provide an opportunity for Ghanaian youth to develop their entrepreneurial, advocacy, and digital skills through the establishment of the YECs.
