The Ghana Education Service (GES) has outlined a Special Notice to all Candidates of the February 2021 Teachers Promotion Exams.

2021 PROMOTION APTITUDE TEST TO THE GRADE OF DD, ADI, ADII, AND PS
NOTICE TO ALL CANDIDATES

All candidates should come to the Examination Hall with:
Evidence of text messages (SMS) received ie index numbers, centre name, etc.
Candidates should arrive at the centre at least 2 hours before the commencement of
the exam.
3) Candidates should come along with a valid National Photo identity Card.
4) Candidates should come with original copies of Last Promotion Letters, Upgrading and Appointment letters.
ADDITIONAL NOTICE ON RANK:
All candidates applying for the various ranks (PRINCIPAL SUPERINTENDENT, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR II, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR I AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR) using the promotion letters without the Masters Certificates, should have the notional date on or before 2015.
MASTER’S AND PHD HOLDERS
All candidates who applied with the Masters and PhD should have obtained the certificate on or before 2017 but not before the last promotion. Meaning below:
2015 certificate is not valid because it is the promotion date
2016 certificate is valid
2017 certificate is valid
Applicants who used a Master’s degree to apply should come along with the original certificates. Certified copies will not be accepted.
NO FOREIGN MATERIALS INCLUDING MOBILE PHONES SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN THE HALL. CANDIDATES WILL ONLY ENTER WITH WRITING MATERIAL.
