The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the opening of the online posting portal for staff returning from Study Leave with Pay for 2025. Qualified teachers are to complete their posting forms between November 4 and November 7, 2025.
GES Announces Online Posting for Returning Staff
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially opened the online posting portal for all staff returning from Study Leave with Pay for the year 2025.
In a circular signed by Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah (Ms.), Director of Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD), on behalf of the Ag. Director-General, the Service indicated that the 2025 posting form has been uploaded online for qualified teachers to access and complete.
Application Period
According to the directive, the online application window opened on Tuesday, 4th November 2025 and will close on Friday, 7th November 2025.
All staff returning from Study Leave with Pay are required to complete the online posting form within this period to ensure placement for the 2025 academic year.
Accessing the Posting Form
Qualified applicants are to visit the official posting link at “https://bit.ly/STUDYLEAVERETURN2025” (https://bit.ly/STUDYLEAVERETURN2025) to complete their forms.
The GES further urged applicants to provide accurate and verifiable information when completing the online form to avoid delays or complications in processing their postings.

The circular, copied to the Chairman of the GES Council, the Ag. Deputy Director-General (Management Services), and the Ag. Deputy Director-General (Quality and Access), reinforces GES’s commitment to ensuring smooth administrative coordination for staff re-entry after approved study leave.
