Rev. Joy Kafui Akpebu has been reinstated as headmaster of Tsito Senior High Technical School after investigations found no evidence linking him to the alleged diversion of 100 cartons of tin tomatoes meant for student meals in the Volta Region.
Tsito, Volta Region—April 2025— In a significant development for school governance in the Volta Region, Rev. Joy Kafui Akpebu has been reinstated as headmaster of Tsito Senior High Technical School. The decision follows comprehensive investigations which found no evidence to substantiate the alleged diversion of 100 cartons of tin tomatoes intended for the school’s student meals.
The allegations, which had stirred concern among parents and stakeholders, accused Rev. Akpebu of misappropriating essential food supplies meant to support the nutritional needs of students. However, after a thorough inquiry, the investigating team confirmed that the diversion claims were unsubstantiated.
