Hon Fred Agbenyo has introduced a new scholarship initiative at Akpafu Mpeasem to support learners across the Guan Constituency.

Scholarship Initiative Unveiled at Akpafu Mpeasem

A new chapter opened today at Akpafu Mpeasem in the Oti Region with the launch of the Fred Agbenyo Academic Excellence Award. The programme reflects the continuing effort of the Member of Parliament for the Guan Constituency, Hon Fred Agbenyo, to broaden access to education for children in the area.The award is structured as a scholarship scheme intended to support learners from varied backgrounds. It aims to ease the financial pressures that prevent many young people from continuing their studies. 

Commitment to Equal Educational Opportunity

Hon Agbenyo stressed that no child should lose the chance to learn because of financial difficulty. He noted that every young person deserves the space to study, develop personal ambition, and work toward a secure future.The initiative forms part of a wider plan to expand learning opportunities in communities across the constituency.

Building Progress Step by Step

The MP explained that progress will be steady and intentional. The scholarship programme is expected to serve as one of several measures to strengthen the educational foundation of the constituency.
