2. Education Becomes a Budgetary Priority

  • 2025 Budget Allocation: One of the largest sectoral shares in recent history.
  • Basic Education Boost: GHC 9.1 billion—the highest in 50 years—to strengthen classrooms, learning materials, and teacher support.

3. Free SHS Reset: From Access to Quality
