Asuogyaman District to begin Audit of Teachers’ Certificates for re-alignement of Subject Teaching

The Asuogyaman District Education Directorate is set to begin an Audit of Teachers’ Certificates for re-alignement of Subject Teaching in all Basic and Senior High Schools.

The District Directorate in a  letter dated March 30, 2021 to all heads of Basic and Senior High Schools in the district stated, that in the inetrest of the service, the directorate shall be undertaking certificate Audit for the realignment of Subject Teaching in all Basic and Second Cycle schools in the district.

Document for Submission

The directorate said all teachers should therefore make the following documents available for the exercise.

1. All original Certificates
2. Certified True Copies of Certioficates from Higher Institution (A PHOTOCOPY EACH)
3. Filled Personal Record Forms
4. Valid National ID Card (Ghana Card or Voter ID)
5. Current Paytslip

Staff List

The GES indicated, that all schools are to provide a staff list to the district education directorate  before the commencement of the execise for easy identification of staff.

Date for Exercise

According to the district education directorate , the date for the exercise shall be communicate to the teachers.
