Agyapong Dennis Frimpong has distinguished himself academically by emerging as the Valedictorian of the 5th Session of the 58th Congregation held for graduands of the College of Education Studies, after recording an outstanding CGPA of 3.99.
His achievement places him among the finest products of teacher education in Ghana, reflecting years of discipline, consistency and academic excellence.
Academic and Personal Background
Mr. Frimpong hails from Kronom in the Suame Municipality of the Ashanti Region. His foundational education began at New Life International School, Kronom, after which he proceeded to Opoku Ware School (OWASS) for his secondary education.
In 2018, he first came into national academic prominence when he emerged Valedictorian of Wesley College of Education, Kumasi, a feat that foreshadowed his continued excellence at the university level. He later pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Science, specialising in Biology and Chemistry, at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), where he was affiliated with Valco Hall.
Faith, Mentorship and Interests
Beyond academics, Agyapong Dennis Frimpong is a devout member of the Calvary Charismatic Centre (CCC), Kronom–Kumasi, where he remains actively involved in faith-based service.
He attributes part of his academic growth and professional orientation to the guidance of his mentor, Dr. Kofi Acheaw Owusu of UCC, whose support and scholarly direction he acknowledges with gratitude.
In his leisure time, he enjoys watching Liverpool Football Club matches, following global news developments, and playing FIFA on PlayStation. He is also a passionate supporter of Kumasi Asante Kotoko F.C., reflecting his strong ties to home and community.

Agyapong Dennis Frimpong’s journey, from being a college valedictorian to achieving near-perfect academic distinction at the university level, underscores a record of sustained excellence.
