The launch, which took place at the Comboni Technical Vocational Institute (COMBOTECH) Assembly Hall, on Thursday, 24th October 2019, saw some key stakeholders in Tongu, executive officers of NUTSA , management, staff and students of COMBOTECH in attendance.

The Constitution was officially outdoored by Hon. Emmanuel Louis Agama – the District Chief Executive, South Tongu, as a legal document for the conduct of NUTSA administration in Tongu and beyond, after it was accepted and approved by the 11th National Congress of NUTSA.

The NUTSA SRC was also launched by Mr. Mac-Peter Dumatonu (Monitoring and Supervision Officer) on behalf of Evelyn Araba Zentey (Ms.)-the District Director of Education, South Tongu.

For the first time in history, NUTSA has a Constitution officially launched and promulgated for the National Secretariat, in over thirty nine (39) years of existence. This is a history we have all made. It would not have been possible without your cooperation and relentless efforts.

The National Secretariat, therefore, calls on its membership and leaders on the various campuses to remain conscious of the guiding principles of the Union and make good use of the Constitution in the conduct of their activities.
