The schedule, released by the university’s management, covers arrival dates, orientation programmes, course registration periods, medical examinations, and commencement of lectures and tutorials for both regular and distance students.
Arrival Dates for Students
According to the official notice, fresh students are expected to report to campus on Saturday, January 3, 2026, while continuing students are scheduled to arrive on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
These staggered arrival dates are intended to ensure smooth accommodation, registration, and orientation processes across UEW campuses.
Orientation for Fresh Students
Orientation activities have been scheduled separately for regular and distance students:
- Fresh Students (Regular): Monday, January 5 to Saturday, January 10, 2026
