1. Dial *887*18# on all networks
2. Enter UEW or the university of your choice
3. Authorise Payment
The user receives an e-voucher via SMS after successful payment.
In a situation where you don’t receive an SMS after a period of successfully completing the transaction, you can retrieve the e-voucher using the following steps:

To Retrieve E-Voucher:
1. Dial *887*18#
2. Select “Yes”
3. Select “Retrieve E-Voucher”
The details of the E-Voucher will be displayed as (ie UEW, Serial Number, and PIN)
