EducationGhana, July 17, SHE ESSENCE AWARDS 21:Selina Egbenya has been adjudged the Outstanding Women’s Commissioner (WOCOM) of the year at the maiden edition of the SHE ESSENCE AWARDS held at the MJ Grand Hotel in Accra on Saturday, July 3, 2021.
About Selima Egbenya
Miss Selina Egbenya was a distance student of the University of Cape Coast College of Distance Education (UCC CoDE) and through the National election won as the National women’s commissioner for the 2017/2018 Academic year.
She held the 4th Biennial Women’s conference at Takoradi with skills training as part of the program.
She won the hearts of many during her regime and this led to her being crowned as Outstanding National women’s commissioner at She Essence awards DESAG UCC edition on the 3rd July 2021.

She Essence Awards is an Award initiative organized for distance education students of the University of Cape Coast with 2021 being its maiden edition.
