EducationGhana, May 21, Rural Literacy: Rural Literacy Solutions on April 28, 2021, announced that they have graduated from the GlobalGiving Accelerator program, gaining entry into the GlobalGiving marketplace and becoming a recognized partner of GlobalGiving.

As part of the Accelerator, Rural Literacy Solutions successfully raised $5,243 from 43 unique individual donors to support their project, “Build 3 little libraries for 3 villages in Ghana.”

 

“We’re thrilled to have Rural Literacy Solutions as part of our community. Rural Literacy Solutions has met our rigorous vetting standards for trust and community support, and we’re committed to providing tools, training, and support as they learn, grow and become more effective,” said Alix Guerrier, CEO of GlobalGiving.

“GlobalGiving donors value the opportunity to support nonprofits like Rural Literacy Solutions, knowing that they’ll get regular updates about how their donations are put to work.”

“This project will build 3 little book-sharing libraries in Northern Ghana. The project will provide a supply of books and Literacy support to 2000 children in Northern Ghana.”, said Peter Kojo Amoabil, project leader at Rural Literacy Solutions.
