EducationGhana, September 30, GES Repostings: The Shama District Education Directorate of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has refuted claims that it has cautioned its Human Resource Directorate to desist from accepting teachers who graduated with 3rd Class into the District.
Speaking with EducationGhana’s Ellis Ferdinand, the directorate said it was alarmed by the allegations, adding that no teacher was discriminated against on the basis of his or her qualification for transfers.
The directorate indicated, that all teachers who applied for assurance were given and on no basis were they discriminated against in any form practically possible.
