The Ghana Education Service (GES) has said that Graduates with degree in early childhood and Basic Education and have applied for recruitment into the public basic schools are being worked on.
The GES has assured graduates to exercise patience as it continues to work on their postings.
The GES gave this assurance on its official Facebook page on November 21,2019 after it released the postings of some 14,500 Teachers from some 46 Colleges of Education.
Graduates Aggrieved
The GES gave the response after some Aggrieved Graduates took to social media to question the decision of the GES to post only Teachers from the Colleges after it allowed the Graduates to also apply earlier.
The GES in response, emphasized that their posting was the next to be released.
Stranded Teachers
Although the GES said it has posted some 14,500 teachers from the Colleges of Education who completed in 2018, majority of them still complained they have not been posted.
Some of the victims said they met all the requirements for Postings and have successfully applied for the job.
2017 College Graduates
Meanwhile, some graduates from the Colleges of Education who graduated in 2017 are still complaining of the inability of the GES to post them since 2017.
The Graduates claimed some of them had issues which were now rectified for postings but we’re not Posted by the GES.
