The management of the university of cape coast(UCC) in charge of academic affairs has issued a vital message to all their 3-semester Top-up and 5-Semester sandwich students offering bachelor’s degrees in Basic and secondary programs.

According to the management “All students are required to log into their students portal now to upload their passport picture for processing of student’s IDs card”.
According to the university, this is to enable the large number of students who didn’t get their student’s IDs to get their ID cards.
The exercise will also help to correct the mistake that occurs when Students were made to take their passport picture in their various Centre.
The deadline for this exercise is 26th May 2021.

Requirements of the passport picture
I. JPEG photo format
ii. White background
ii. 640 pixels x 480 pixels dimension
Note: Changes cannot be made after uploading your passport picture so every Student should ensure that the right thing is done before the deadline.
