Monday,March 9,2020 not holiday for Schools – GES

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has said that students and teachers in the public Basic and Senior High Schools should return to school on Monday, March 9, 2020.

According to the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, students and teachers should take advantage of the weekend to rest and return to school on Monday for academic work.

The Director-General, Prof Kwesi Opoku Amankwa,in a statement released on Friday, March 6, 2020, extended his appreciation on behalf of the GES to all teachers and students for taking part in the 63rd Independence Day Celebration.
