How to register on Teacher Portal Ghana (TPG) as a Public School Teacher
All teachers in Ghana are to register on the NTC teacher portal to gain access to continuous professional development programs, build their portfolios and manage their licenses online.
This can be accomplished by performing the following actions
Go to https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh/ via a web browser on a PC or tpg.ntc.gov.gh/account/register
2. Click “Register Now” to create an account or log in to an existing account (if you created an account on the My NTC app)
3. Select teacher as an account type
4. Fill in the details and submit
5. Open your email account in another browser tab
6. Check your email for a confirmation link from NTC TPG
6. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your registration

Requirements to register on TPG for public teachers
For a Public School Teacher to register on the NTC Teachers Portal, the teacher must acquire;
1. An active email address (create one if you do not have one)
2. SSNIT number
3. Staff ID
4. Scanned passport picture for upload
5. Scanned evidence of professional training- Teachers cert A, Diploma, PGDE, B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Phil, PhD (as PDF, PNG or JPEG)
6. Scanned first appointment letter (as PDF, PNG or JPEG)
Requirements to register online for private teachers
An active email address (create one if you do not have one)
2. SSNIT number
3. Scanned passport picture for upload (optional)
4. Scanned evidence of professional training- Teachers cert A, Diploma, PGDE, B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Phil, PhD (as PDF, PNG or JPEG)
5. Scanned first appointment letter (as PDF, PNG or JPEG)
