Accra, Ghana – The Ghana Education Service (GES) is currently in the process of gathering critical data in preparation for the 2023 National Standardized Test (NST).

In an official directive issued by Prince C. Agyemang-Duah (Mr), the Acting Director of the Schools and Instructions Division of GES, the service is urgently soliciting the most recent enrollment information for students in primary two (2) and primary four.

The scope of this data collection includes learners from both public and private basic schools across the country.

The data to be provided must conform to a specific format – Excel – and should be meticulously organized by district, circuit, and gender.

As the data collection process proceeds, the GES has sent out reminders to all regional directors, emphasizing their role in transmitting this directive to metro, municipal, and district directors of education.

It is their responsibility to ensure the timely collection of this data in accordance with the template provided by the GES.
