A car maintenance allowance, also known as vehicle or motor maintenance allowance is given to teachers and or staff of the Ghana Education Service who own s such properties as cars and motorcycles.

To write a letter for application, the letter must be addressed to the Minister of Finance through the Director General of the Ghana Education Service, Regional Directo as well as District Director of the Gnana Education Service.
