EducationGhana| August 25| Annual Leave Duration for Teachers in the GES
Anual leave is a paid number of days each year that an employee is allowed to be away from work.
The following are the leave durations for teachers in the Ghana Education Service;
- Casual Leave – 10 Days
- Maternity Leave – 12 weeks or three months
- Paternity Leave – 5 days
- Examination Leave – 5 days
- Leave of Absence, Maximum from 2 years and must be extended in Special circumstances.
