The (UPSA) has officially announced the opening of applications for its Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Policy and Leadership for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The four-year doctoral programme is designed to train a new generation of policy experts, institutional leaders, and research professionals capable of shaping governance systems and driving sustainable national development.
