We have not officially congratulated any winner of the just ended NUGS Election -TTAG
EducationGhana: April 05: TTAG has not officially endorsed any winner after NUGS Congress: The leadership of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) has indicated that it has not released any official congratulatory message to any winner of the just ended NUGS Election.
Read statement below:
                                           FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.
                                        A STATEMENT OF DISCLAIMER.
The National Executive Council following the aftermath of the just ended NUGS Congress by this intimation wants to thank all its constituents who made it to the grounds to join all congress activities.
Consequently, the leadership has taken keen cognizance of some public assertions by Mr.KWESI ATUAHENE, a candidate in the just ended NUGS presidential race on TV Africa’s Breakfast live show.
NUGS

The National Executive Council would want to state it clear that the claim by the said candidate to be the head of the TEACHER TRAINEES’ ASSOCIATION OF GHANA is a palpable falsehood that seeks to undermine the mandate of the association’s constitution which makes provisions for congresses to be held to elect its leaders.

Forthwith, we would want to entreat all teacher trainees across the 46 public Colleges of Education to disregard such claims and hold it that, H.E DZUNU JONATHAN remains the National President and the head of the bloc.

On the other hand, the National Executive Council wishes to state that it is yet to resolve on serving congratulatory messages to the NUGS Executives elect.

To that, we entreat all to disregard the purported congratulatory message in the name of the association to Mr. DENNIS APPIAH LARBI-AMPOFO
