NDC will cancel the free SHS policy if they win the 2020 elections – Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has stated once again that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will cancel the free SHS policy if they win the 2020 elections.

Speaking on the first day of his three-day tour of the Greater Accra region, the president stated that the opposition party is calling on Ghanaians to vote for them in the 2020 election so that they can return to power and abolish the plan.

The President said he leaves the decision as to who they decide to vote in their own hands in the upcoming elections.

Ngleshie Aman’s traditional leaders have appealed to President Akufo-Addo to take immediate action as a matter of necessity to settle the Amanfrom-Central region administrative boundary dispute.

Addressing the President at a durbar of Chiefs and People of Ga South and Weija Gbawe of Bortianor / Ngleshie / Amanfrom Constituency on the first day of his three-day tour of the Greater Accra Region, Nii Kwarshie Gborlor IV, Ngleshie Amanfrom Mantse, said the border dispute is causing a lot of uncertainty in land title registration in the Amanfrom catchment area.
