According to reports, the student who was following the Instagram account with the account name ‘’Joseph Osei Owusu’’, thinking he was the MP, until the fraudster started chatting with the student, and promised the student to give a government scholarship protocol.
The fraudster went ahead and promised to offer a job after school, during the chat, the person gave a contact number to call his secretary who is a male, and the secretary to the first deputy Speaker is not a male.
