The union at its 6th Quadrennial National Delegates Conference held on the 2nd-7th January 2022 made this decision as part of conference resolutions held at the KNUST Great Hall, Kumasi.

GNAT National Officers will be mandated to visit all the sixteen regions and other key institutions in the country in order to explain the implementation procedures of conference decisions to members.
The conference proposed that the GNAT Headquarters should as a matter of urgency, complete the creation of the remaining ten (10) District Secretariats approved by the National Delegates Conference in 2014.
The 2022 conference also proposed that orientation courses should be organized for newly-elected Executive members and School Representatives.
